OkCupid tried very hard to hide their customer service phone number from the public. It is not located on their website anywhere. OkCupid is owned by a New York company called Humor Rainbow, Inc. Call them at 646-216-8762. They may not be super helpful in answering questions about your OkCupid account, but you would at least have the opportunity to tell them they need to provide a customer hotline for those using their service.

The website does address the issue of not having a number. They warn their customers that sometimes scammers will call portraying themselves as representatives of their company. These crooks ask for personal information. Do not give it to them.

OkCupid Google+: There are OkCupid pages on Google+, but I don’t think the company sanctions them. Singles have taken it upon themselves to post their photos and contact information on Google+ to see if they can bypass the website. I’m not sure this is a good idea.

OkCupid YouTube Channel: There are lots of videos about OkCupid on YouTube, but none that the company sanctions. There does not seem to be any customer service content videos among the list.
