NordicTrack Email/Contact Form
There are no email addresses or contact forms available for NordicTrack. Instead, the customer service department directs customers to call or chat. There are also several social media accounts that are active, so it is assumed that you will be able to send written communication through those accounts.

NordicTrack was initially founded in 1975 when Ed Pauls invented a ski machine in his garage in Minnesota. Pauls developed the device to help him train to win a cross-country ski race. He intended to use his invention to market to other competitive skiers, but a cardiologist contacted Pauls and told him that this machine provided the best cardio workout he had ever seen. Pauls named the machine NordicTrack.
The first orders were placed by mail and phone sales. Sales were mediocre because much of the sales campaign had to be spent explaining how cardio exercise was necessary. Other issues the fledgling company had was that the machine was difficult to operate at first. Pauls decided to send VHS tapes with every order to help customers learn how to work the machine. Pauls also had to figure out how to design a product that would fit in two boxes and weigh less than 40 pounds, which was the UPS weight limit.
In 1986, The Pauls sold their invention to the CML Corporation. CML produced infomercials for the NordicTrack.
