Supercell Customer Service Number

Are you needing the Supercell customer service number? Supercell is one of those tricky companies that thousands (or millions) of people want to reach, but because of that, the company does not publish very many contact options. Supercell makes very popular video games, so they probably do not want to be inundated with messages from teens who are unhappy with their gameplay or want to work for the company. Read on to find out how to reach customer service.

Supercell Customer Service Number

There is not a contact number listed on Supercell’s webpage. Another page says their number is 888-259-5888. This number has not been confirmed. There also were no hours listed for this number. Supercell obviously does not want to hear your suggestions on how to make their gameplay better. They also do not want to hear about every time there is a glitch in their game that caused you to not move onto the next level.

Amazingly, Supercell does have a contact form. It is located here: https://shop.supercell.com/blogs/faq – contact-us. Customers need to provide their name, email address, and order number. Questions can be sent in either Chinese (Mandarin?) or English. Appropriate topics include orders, payments, promos, and vouchers. Customers can also ask about products and stock information, returns and refunds, and shipping and delivery. This contact form is for the Supercell shop. This does not seem to be the appropriate place to send messages regarding technical issues.
