If you are a current Experian member, then you can call the company on 1-888-397-3742. This number is recommended if you require a credit report, are concerned about identity theft, want to know the latest offers or have any other questions regarding Experian Credit Tracker, CreditWorks, or Triple Advantage memberships.
You will be required to select from a range of menu options. Make sure you select the correct one so that you end up speaking to a respective form the right department. Take note that this number is available Monday-Friday from 6am to 6pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.

Experian Contact Form
Experian has an online contact form for those that wish to file a credit report dispute. To do so visit https://www.experian.com/disputes/. Then select the menu item “start a new dispute online.” This will bring up an online form which will request your personal details and the details of the dispute. You will also be required to upload relevant documents.
Using this form is the fastest way to dispute a credit report. Once you have filled in the form and uploaded your documents, you will receive instant confirmation that you dispute has been lodged. From there Experian will begin their dispute process, and you will receive an email notifying you of the outcome within 30 days.
The company also has an online form for those that wish to add a security freeze to their account. What a security freeze does is help prevent credit cards or loans from being approved in your name without your consent. To add one to your account visit https://www.experian.com/freeze/. You will need to select the “add a security freeze” menu option followed by the “apply online” option. This will take you to an online contact form where you will be required to enter your details. Once the form is submitted the security freeze should take affect almost immediately, and you will be notified of this by email.
