Should you be experiencing a billing issue such as the inability to turn off auto-renewal, then we will show you the best place to get support.
Microsoft Xbox Customer Service Number
To talk to Microsoft Xbox customer service, you will need to request a call form their support team. They do not provide a number that you can dial directly.
To request a call visit https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us. You should then select the category that applies to your issue. You will then be prompted to talk to a virtual assistant. Skip this step by selecting the “No Thanks” button. You will then be directed to a list of sub-categories. Again, select the one most relevant to your issue. Next, you will be given a list of contact options at the bottom of the page. Select the “Request a call from Support” option. You will then be prompted to enter your name, phone number, and a description of the issue.
Remember you can only receive a call-back between Monday to Friday 6am – 10pm and Saturday to Sunday 7am – 6pm, Pacific Time.
If you wish to purchase an Xbox, game, or accessory, then you can call the Microsoft store sales department on 1-877-696-7786 (US). Remember, this number is only for making a purchase or for technical problems with the Microsoft Store website.
Microsoft Xbox Live Chat
If your Xbox is experiencing power outages, you want to turn off auto-renewal for an Xbox subscription, or you have another technical or billing question then you should try the company’s live chat option.
Start by visiting https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us. You will initially be asked to select a relevant category. Upon doing so, you will be asked to chat with a virtual assistant. Select this option and then describe your problem. The virtual assistant will then try and solve it. Remember this is not a real person, just a robot. If a solution cannot be found, you will be given the option to chat with a real person.
It is possible to skip the virtual assistant and jump straight to a real person. You will need to select the “No thanks” option when asked if you wish to chat with a virtual assistant. You will then be provided with a list of categories, so just select the most relevant one. You should then select the “chat with Xbox support” option at the bottom of the page. This will put you directly in touch with a real person from the company’s support department.
There is also one more option. You can choose to chat with a volunteer from the community. This option is subject to availability, and just remember you will not be chatting with a professional Xbox consultant. Consider this a last resort if the other options don’t solve your issue.
Microsoft Xbox Customer Support Website
The company operates a dedicated support site at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/. If you are having an issue with your billing cycle, have had an unsuccessful Xbox update, or have another technical or billing problem then you are likely to find answers on this site. Just select which area you need help in, and you will be given answers to the most common questions and problems.
Microsoft Xbox Social Media Accounts
If you require technical support with your Xbox, then you can tweet Xbox Support. Just visit their Twitter page at https://twitter.com/xboxsupport. This option is only available Mon-Sun, 8am-10pm, Pacific Time.
Microsoft Xbox holds a number of other social media accounts for marketing its products and connecting with its customers.
