Are you looking for the Tech 21 customer service number? Then you must be a musician. A guitarist living in New York with an electronics background started Tech 21. He designed the SansAmp. If you have questions regarding this product or any others since designed, keep reading to discover the best way to contact the company. Do not confuse the electronic music company with another company called Tech21 (no space). Tech21 sells cell phone cases and is headquartered in England.

Tech 21 Email/Contact Form
Tech 21’s website says that the company receives an “erratic” amount of email. This apparently means that they require five business days to respond to messages. I’m not sure the person writing the copy on their website used the correct word. If you choose to send an erratic amount of mail, here is the address: info@tech21nyc.com.
Tech 21 Mailing Address
Tech 21 has done an excellent job keeping their address out of the public record.
Tech 21 Live Chat

Tech 21 Support Website
The Tech 21 support website is located here and is pretty thorough: http://www.tech21nyc.com/support/index.html.
New customers are asked to fill out a warranty registration form located here: http://www.tech21nyc.com/support/register/register.html. Besides providing Tech 21 with your personal data, they also ask you how much you paid for the unit and from which dealers. Tech 21 wants to know if you have any other ideas for products and what your primary occupation is. They want to know what magazines your buy and what music or music gear websites you frequently visit. Tech 21 warns customers not to register their cell phone case on this website.
At the center of this same page, customers can download the appropriate owner’s manual for their product.

Tech 21 Instagram: There are photos of broken cell phones on the Tech 21 Instagram page. Wait a minute . . . darn wrong Tech 21 again.
About Tech 21
Here’s where I sound like an idiot. I’ll try to describe what I think this company is all about. Apparently, B. Andrew Barta worked with amplifiers. He repaired, modified and customized them for a company in NYC. Barta, also a musician, created technology to use for his own musical career. He tried unsuccessfully to sell this technology to other manufacturers. They didn’t buy it, so he started his own company.
This is where it gets tricky. This new technology created a new category of signal processing. The SansAmp tube amplifier emulator allowed musicians to dial in monster tones and patch them directly to a studio mixer or stage PA. This technology permitted musicians to find the sweet spot easier and faster than before.
Tech 21 is proud that many of their original designs are used today. This is uncommon in the world of technology.
