NV Energy Customer Service Number
Of course, if you have a gas leak or see a sparking power line, call 911. But if the electricity is out, and you live in Northern Nevada, call 775-834-4100. Para Servicio en Espanol, call 775-834-4700. The toll-free number (if you are still getting charged for long distance?) is 800-962-0399. The TTY Sensory Impaired number is 711. Call before you dig! To locate underground utility lines, call 811. Look up! Call before you crane at 702-227-2929. Tree trimming questions can be made to 775-834-5589. The business solution center for NV Energy is 775-473-6998. Customer care will answer the phone from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The corporate office number is 702-402-5000.
The numbers for customers in Southern Nevada are different. The outage number is 702-402-2900. Para Servicio en Espanol call 702-402-5554. The toll-free number is 800-331-3103. The TTY number is still 711 for customers who are sensory impaired. The call before you dig number is still 811. Also, the overhead line safety number is still 702-227-2929. The tree trimming number is different for southern customers. Call 702-402-4102. Call the business solutions center at 702-402-1000 or 866-791-0345. This number is answered Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call the corporate office at 702-402-5000. This number is for administrative use only. Do not use this number to find out how much you owe on your bill.
NV Energy Email/Contact Form
To report an outage in the northern part of the state, fill out this contact form: https://www.nvenergy.com/outages-and-emergencies/report-an-outage. Please describe the outages as either a complete power outage or a dim light or partial power outage. Their system even allows you to have a number called as soon as power is restored to a particular address. That’s great service!
