There are many different phone numbers to contact customer service reps for OPPD. Read the descriptions carefully, so you know you have the right number.

For customer service and payments for customers living in the Omaha Metropolitan area, call 402-536-4131. Customers living outside of Omaha should call 877-536-4131. Elkhorn residents should call 402-536-4131.

To report power outages, call 800-554-6773 (544-OPPD).

If you live in Elkhorn, and you need to report an outage call 800-554-6773 (544-OPPD).

For bill information or to turn your service on or off, call 402-536-4131 in the Omaha Metro area. If you live outside of Omaha, call 877-536-4131. Use these same numbers to contact the energy advisor in your area.

To call the Humboldt office, call 402-862-2865.

For tree trimming, call 402-536-4131. Those living outside Omaha should call 877-536-4131.

Large commercial and industrial customers should call 402-636-3536 to learn more about products and services. These same large customers should call 402-346-4636 to receive information about summary billing.
