If you are a T-Mo customer, easiest way to contact customer service, is to dial 611 from your T-mobile phone. I recommend asking to speak with a “manager” or a “supervisor” immediately if you have important / complex issues, or need to change your plan. Regular service reps do not have too much authority to do things, so you will be wasting your time. If you have a simple matter, talking to a rep is just fine.
I personally have been a T-mobile customer for over 6 years, and am pretty happy with their service. However, T-Mobile’s GSM wireless networks may have spotty coverage and/or poor building penetration, unless you are in a so called Band 12 area (700 MHz frequency), and have a device that supports Band 12.
If you have poor reception inside your home or apartment, T-Mobile provide FREE LTE Signal Boosters and/or WiFi Calling Routers, to improve your connection at home.
To get a signal booster or WiFi Calling Router, you need to contact customer service by PHONE (not in store, or you will have to pay $25 shipping).
