TEP Customer Service Number
Call TEP customer care at 520-623-7711 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Use this number to check account information (for which you have 24-hour access.) You can also talk with someone (during the above hours) about connecting or disconnecting service or paying your bill with a credit card or check.
If you are calling from out of state and are still concerned about long-distance costs, use the toll-free number at 800-328-8853.
The TTY number for the hearing impaired is 800-367-8939.
The fax number for TEP is 520-779-2004.
Report outages and emergencies to 520-623-3451. If you see a sparking power line, call 911.
To reach someone on the corporate side, call 520-571-4000 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Energy Smart Home Program assistance center can be reached at 520-884-3616 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Should you need to de-energize equipment, could you first call me up and tell me what that means? Then call 520-918-8300. Call Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call TEP during those times. Don’t call me until 10 a.m.
