Amtrak Email Address/Contact Form
Amtrak does not offer a direct email address for customers to contact them. On the online contact form, you can choose from a range of different subjects. You will then input your name, email address, reservation number, and message. Keep in mind you do not need to have a reservation number to use this contact form – it is available for any type of inquiry.

If you can’t find your answer on this list, Amtrak has a virtual assistant named Julie that you can ask questions – keep in mind this is not a live chat service.
