Customers calling from outside the United States, from South Africa to the United Kingdom, to the city of Abu Dhabi, or to any other country can use this number: 904-685-7839, which they can get from here or the official NBA site. 

The website says that if there are products online that are listed as “out of stock,” calling the customer service line will not help.
