The member service number is 888-842-6328. This number is the best one to call for a variety of situations. It can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call this number if you have lost your credit card. You can receive member and account services, mortgage service, certificate and IRA services, deposit trust section, and reorder checks. If you are calling from where you are stationed overseas, call this number: 703-255-8837.
Do you need help with online banking or mobile and online technical support? Call 888-868-8123. This number is answered Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Questions about the Navy Federal Online Bill Pay can be made to this number: 888-560-8031. Customers may call from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Questions about personal finance management can be made to 888-503-7105 or 703-255-8492. Please have your account or access number available when calling. Call Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
