If you have ever driven through Florida, you have most likely encountered SunPass on the highways. This prepaid toll program saves drives time and money as they maneuver the busy highways in the Sunshine State.
Even though SunPass was designed to make it easier to get through tolls, questions and concerns do arise. If you have questions about your SunPass account or you would like to learn how to get one, there is a customer service phone number available. You can call 888-865-5352 or 888-TOLL-FLA. By calling this number you can learn how to acquire and use a SunPass transponder, how to replenish it, or where to find a retailer that sells them. You can also address issues with unpaid tolls and traffic citations.

About SunPass
SunPass provides drivers in Florida and parts of Georgia with a less expensive way to pay for tolls. With SunPass, drivers pay for their tolls in advance at a lower rate. Drivers add a transponder into their cars. While driving through the toll facilities, an electronic reader finds the transponder and deducts the toll from the driver’s account. Drivers can reload their accounts at various locations and through the mail, online, over the phone, or in person. If you have questions about paying for missed tolls, adding money to your transponder, or anything else related to tolls, the customer service department can help.
