TaylorMade Email/Contact Form
The login page also has a very small contact form at the bottom of it. To check an order or return an order, type in your order number, email, and billing zip code.
There aren’t any email addresses or contact forms available. There is a pop-up window that allows customers to add their email to the mailing list, but as far as being able to communicate through email, you may be out of luck.

TaylorMade Live Chat
TaylorMade does offer a live chat option on their contact website, which is located here: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/customerservice/. The chat hours are not listed on the site.
TaylorMade Support Website
The customer support website is here: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/customerservice/. Customers are asked to peruse a list of FAQs to see if their question can be answered before reaching out to customer care. The FAQ categories are online orders, product support, warranty, and company. The contact information is then listed. You can choose from the live chat, mail, or call options to reach a customer care rep.
The return policy is also available on the customer service website. It is located here: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/shared-customer-service-customer-returns/customerService-returns.html.
The customer warranty is located here: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/shared-customer-service/customerService-warranty.html.
Do you need to register your clubs? Fill out the registration form here: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/ProductRegistration/. TaylorMade asks the regular contact questions, but they also try to learn marketing information from you as well. Be prepared with your product’s serial number when you register it online.
Click here to find product specs for every product TaylorMade has ever produced: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/product-specs.html from 2002 to now.
Purchasing a gift card through TaylorMade is super easy too. Enter an amount between $25 and $2,000 and buy it through the customer service website.
Another customer service option that I honestly don’t understand is the Golf Club Trade-In. It seems as if TaylorMade will purchase clubs from other companies and offer money that can be used to buy a TaylorMade product. The trade-in form is located here: https://www.taylormadegolf.com/tradein/.

About TaylorMade
Just like all major companies, TaylorMade started with one guy, and his last name isn’t even Taylor. In 1979 Gary Adams, who sold golf equipment, took out a loan to design a new style of golf club – a 12-degree driver cast of stainless steel. Now, many of golfing greats use TaylorMade products while on tour. Golfers Tiger Woods, Rory Mcllroy, Dustin Johnson, Jon Rahm, Jason Day, and Justin Rose tee up with their TaylorMade clubs along with thousands of amateurs across the world.
