TSA does not have a live chat service for their customers on their direct website. However, Ask TSA is a Facebook page that uses Facebook Messenger to directly communicate with users and provide support much quicker than the contact page or TSA email. This service is provided from 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. Eastern time daily.
