If you are having issues with your service, have billing or account questions, follow the steps below to get to a rep as quickly as possible.
Note, the automated system DOES NOT allow you to get to a rep by pressing “0”, or “#” or saying “Customer Service”. In fact, if you don’t follow the prompts right away, it simply hangs up on you!!!
So here is how you do it:
1. Dial the Virgin Mobile USA Customer Service Number: 888-322-1122
2. If you are an existing customer, enter your 10 digit phone number and follow the prompts. OR
If you are a new customer or need your phone activated, press “#”
3.If you are a new Customer – Press 1
If you need to check on an Activation Attempt – Press 2
All Other Inquiries – Press 3
If you already have an account and are having a problem, ask to speak to a supervisor right away. Don’t waste time explaining your problem to a regular rep.

You cannot use unlocked GSM phones on Virgin Mobile network (Sprint’s CDMA MVNO).
