IEHP Customer Service Number
If you want to speak with a live person at IEHP, the only option is to call their customer service number. IEHP has several customer service numbers that you can contact – the one you choose will depend on the type of member you are. You can ask about your current plan, billing issues, current doctors, medications, network professionals, providers, or any other IEHP-related issues.
To contact customer service, call 1-800-440-4347 if you only have Medi-Cal with IEHP. If you have both Medicare and Medi-Cal, call 1-877-273-4347.
The first number is available Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST); while the second is available seven days a week 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
IEHP Email/Contact Form
If you want to contact IEHP via email, they have an online contact form that you can use to get in contact with their customer service team. They have a service called ‘Ask IEHP,’ to find it, head to https://ww3.iehp.org/en/about-iehp/contact-us/ask-iehp/ and enter your personal details and email address. You don’t have to be a member of IEHP to use this contact form.
You can ask about IEHP health plans, IEHP prospective plans, coverage networks, included doctors, eligible procedures, rates, and any other IEHP related topic. It’s the best way to get in contact with IEHP via the internet.

IEHP has plenty of different social media accounts that you can use to interact with the company. They post educational resources via social media to help their customers better understand the healthcare industry and their products. They also have a YouTube channel that posts educational material to their followers.
